The Role:
The Trainee Mobile Advertising (m/f) will join our central products team of international mobile advertising specialists. In this role, you will learn to become a programmatic ad operations manager, being responsible for managing the daily collaboration with our SSP/DSP/Network partners and trading desks for the optimal monetarization of our inventory. In addition, the Trainee Mobile Advertising (m/f) will learn to optimise our programmatic activity by:

- You will learn about most advanced digital advertising technologies, primarily focused on mobile
- You will become responsible for the monetisation of our premium publisher partners across Europe
- Your day to day tasks will include the analysis of current activity, creating strategic plans on improving the revenues and taking action on these plans with different tools and our own technology stack – including financial reporting
- A close collaboration with your team, the IT and product teams, our sales and operations managers in the different markets will include onboarding new clients, manage existing accounts and implementing new products and features
- You will get a close look into the modern programmatic advertising business model by using the most advanced tools in the market
- In addition you will learn to provide support, consulting and transfer know-how to all stakeholders involved
- You will learn to organise your work using modern ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA) and get things done

Anforderungen
Your Profile:
- You have a university degree in economics, business management, business informatics or a similar area. Alternatively, you have completed a comparable apprenticeship
- You are highly responsible with attention to details, self-motivated and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and creative environment
- You have excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal); proficient language skills in German are a good plus
- You have good skills in using Microsoft Office tools
- You are a team player, with a strong sense of ownership and a ‘get things done’ attitude
