Intern in Global Pharmaceutical Congress Management (m/f)

Project management support for the global congress manager in planning, organizing and
implementing global pharmaceutical congresses focusing on pulmonology and thrombosis
• Close cooperation with the global brand teams, global medical affairs and agencies to
ensure the successful and smooth organization of global congresses
• Involvement in the preparation of global internal congress communications for Bayer
• Independent administration and coordination of congress materials and hotel bookings in
collaboration with event management
• Support in the budget control and evaluation of individual congress projects

We offer a 6 months internship (either compulsory or information internship). • Good interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work on own initiative and organizational
talent
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to cope well with challenging tasks
• Very good spoken and written English, knowledge of another language is an advantage
